Project Nexus was born inside Summer Atlantic Capital—not as a concept, but as a solution to real problems our teams faced while helping companies scale across borders.
Project Nexus was engineered with one principle: The world's most important decisions deserve the world's most intelligent platform. We combined deep investment and operating experience, advanced AI engineering, and a multi-layer ontology and knowledge-graph architecture to deliver what legacy systems were never built to support.
Why we built SAC Nexus
In 2020, our team was managing $3B+ in portfolios across 12 markets.
We had all the "right" tools: Carta, Bloomberg, custom spreadsheets.
But for quarterly IC meetings, it took 3 days to consolidate everything.
One quarter, a critical risk was buried in a spreadsheet: Customer concentration was 65% (safe limit: 20–30%).
